Terms of Service
Version 2026-06-01 · Last updated: June 1, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ivix websites, patient accounts, and related services operated by Ivix in the United States. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who may create an account
Patient accounts are for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. When you sign up, you attest that you meet this requirement and that you are creating the account for yourself, or that you are a parent or legal guardian creating an account on behalf of your household.
Ivix does not offer self-directed accounts for users under 18 in Phase 1. If care for a minor is needed, a parent or legal guardian should hold the account; additional guardian consent for treatment will be collected at booking and in clinical workflows.
Wellness IV services — not emergency care
Ivix provides mobile intravenous wellness therapy delivered by licensed clinicians where we serve. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Treatment plans depend on clinical assessment. Availability may vary by area; joining a waitlist or creating an account does not guarantee service in your location.
Sign-in methods
You sign in with Google through our secure account provider. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Payment and booking (when available)
When you book an Ivix visit, you save a payment card on file. The service fee is authorized when your nurse arrives and captured after your visit is completed in our clinical systems. You may cancel a visit in the Ivix app anytime before payment is captured; if an authorization hold was placed, it is released on cancel. See our payment authorization and cancellation and refund policy at booking.
Health information
Protected health information from your care is maintained in clinical systems (including Healthie), not in marketing chat or casual messaging features. Account profile data (contact details, addresses, emergency contacts) is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information about your age or identity
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or abuse staff or clinicians
- Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date; continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
