Privacy Policy

Version 2026-06-01 · Last updated: June 1, 2026

Overview

Ivix ("we," "us") operates ivixcommunity.com and related services for mobile home healthcare. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you join our waitlist, create a patient account, or use our websites and apps.

Waitlist information

When you join the Ivix waitlist, we collect your email address, whether you are interested as a patient, provider, or both, an optional ZIP code to help us plan where we serve, and — if you join as a provider — your clinical title (RN, NP, MD, DO, or multiple credentials). We also collect whether you would like to receive launch updates.

We use waitlist information to manage interest, plan launch areas, and — if you opt in — send updates. ZIP codes help us plan where to launch first; they do not guarantee service in your area.

Patient accounts and sign-in

When you create a patient account, we use Clerk for authentication. You may sign in with:

  • Google — we may receive your name, email address, profile picture URL, and a provider user identifier

We do not receive your Google password. Google's own privacy policy governs data they collect outside Ivix.

We store an account identifier, email (required), email verification status, sign-in provider, and profile fields you provide (such as name, optional phone, addresses, and emergency contacts) in our application database.

How we use account information

We use patient account data to:

  • Authenticate you and secure your session
  • Maintain your profile, visits, and preferences
  • Communicate about your care, appointments, and account
  • Meet legal, safety, and operational requirements

Optional phone numbers in your profile are for visit-day contact and account communication.

Children and teens

Ivix patient accounts are for users 18 and older, or parents/legal guardians creating an account for their household. We do not knowingly allow self-signup for children under 13 (COPPA). Treatment for minors involves guardian consent in booking and clinical workflows, not a separate teen account in Phase 1.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run our service, including hosting, authentication (Clerk), and database providers. They process data on our instructions under contractual protections. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We retain waitlist and account information while your account is active or as needed for the purposes above, unless you request deletion or a longer period is required by law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at hello@ivixcommunity.com. You can sign out or disconnect social sign-in through your account settings where available.

Jurisdiction

Ivix operates in the United States. This policy is governed by applicable U.S. law.
